Responsibilities

- Design and construct 3‑dimensional (3D) cakes, incorporating sculptural techniques and realistic detailing that exceed client expectations.
- Create hand‑drawn decorations, lettering, and intricate pipe‑work, prioritizing neatness and legibility for personalized messages.
- Maintain rigorous hygiene standards, regularly sanitizing workstations, tools, and equipment to comply with food‑service regulations.
- Perform daily stock opname of decorative supplies, track usage patterns, and coordinate with the purchasing department to prevent shortages.
- Prioritize multiple orders simultaneously, adjusting workflow to accommodate rush requests while meeting delivery deadlines.
- Work rotating shifts, including weekends, to ensure continuous production coverage from Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Mentor junior decorators, providing hands‑on training, feedback, and best‑practice guidance to elevate overall team skill levels.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to interpret client briefs, suggest design enhancements, and confirm final specifications.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Demonstrated expertise in coating cakes with fresh‑cream; proficiency in buttercream applications is a strong advantage.
