Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic food and beverage team as Servers. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests, ensuring that every meal is served with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of daily specials and beverage selections.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders, input them into the POS system, and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve meals and beverages with attention to timing, temperature, and presentation standards.
  • Monitor tables throughout the dining period, anticipate guest needs, and respond swiftly to requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring dining areas meet health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately, and process end‑of‑shift cash-outs.
  • Address guest feedback constructively, escalating any serious concerns to management while striving for immediate resolution.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, allergen information, and service best practices.
  • Uphold the brand’s standards of hospitality, embodying honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility at all times.

Requirements

  • Male candidates up to 28 years of age (open to all genders as per company policy).
  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Strong willingness to learn and a proactive work ethic.
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and accountability in previous roles or academic settings.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and support colleagues during busy periods.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and drinks.
  • Flexibility to work six days a week, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service is a plus but not required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
