Introduction
We are seeking a talented Spesialis Dekorasi dan Percetakan to join our dynamic creative team. This role is essential in delivering high‑quality visual solutions for a variety of clients, ranging from small local businesses to large corporate brands. The successful candidate will combine artistic vision with technical expertise in graphic design, print production, and decorative projects, ensuring that every output meets our standards of excellence and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute design concepts for print materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and promotional merchandise.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to translate client briefs into compelling visual assets.
- Prepare files for production, ensuring proper colour management, resolution, and layout specifications for both digital and offset printing.
- Manage on‑site decoration projects, including venue layout, signage installation, and custom display creation.
- Operate and maintain design software tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and any additional industry‑standard applications.
- Conduct quality checks on printed proofs and finished products, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the printing process.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers, negotiating timelines and costs to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain an organized portfolio of completed work and continuously update it with new designs to showcase capabilities.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines while working in shift schedules, especially during peak production periods.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative creative environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent, preferably with a focus on Multimedia or DKV (Design Komunikasi Visual).
- At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, printing, or decorative arts.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and other relevant design applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of print and decorative projects.
- Excellent visual communication skills, attention to detail, and a keen sense of colour theory.
- Professional demeanor: presentable appearance, friendly, courteous, honest, and responsible.
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including evenings and weekends when required.
- Residence in Cileungsi or surrounding areas, or willingness to commute.
- Submission of the following documents: cover letter, CV or portfolio, scanned diploma, scanned KTP, scanned SKCK, and a recent colour photograph.
