Responsibilities
- Assist the Food & Beverage (F&B) team with daily service operations, including setting up dining areas, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages to guests.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation, plating, and ensuring that all dishes meet Arya Villas’ high quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of service stations, dining rooms, and back‑of‑house areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables, report shortages, and help restock supplies under the guidance of the F&B manager.
- Engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner, addressing inquiries, providing menu recommendations, and handling special dietary requests.
- Participate in staff briefings and training sessions to understand menu changes, promotional events, and service protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping and front‑desk to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout the property.
- Document daily service reports, guest feedback, and any incidents, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in organizing special events, banquets, and private dining experiences, ensuring all logistical details are executed flawlessly.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program or a fresh graduate from a relevant field such as Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or Culinary Arts.
- Strong interest in the hospitality and hotel industry, with a desire to build a career in food and beverage service.
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English is a distinct advantage for interacting with international guests.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting Arya Villas’ commitment to high standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly disciplined, responsible, and proactive with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
- Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
