Responsibilities

- Develop compelling ad copy, visual assets, and landing pages in coordination with the design team to maximize click‑through and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, segment target markets, and implement data‑driven targeting strategies to reach the right customers at the right time.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion metrics, producing weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the content, sales, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency and to support cross‑functional initiatives.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital advertising, proposing innovative tactics to keep the brand ahead of competitors.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating spend efficiently across campaigns and adjusting bids based on performance insights.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on social media tools, reporting dashboards, and effective communication techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Age: up to 27 years old.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing paid social media campaigns.
- Proficiency with popular digital advertising tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with digital design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) and reporting platforms (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI) is a plus.
