Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staf Produksi Operasional Laundry dan Pengendalian Kualitas to join our dynamic team. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation of our laundry production floor while maintaining the highest standards of quality control. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily workflow, supervising staff, and implementing procedures that guarantee clean, hygienic, and well‑presented garments and textiles for our diverse client base.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the entire laundry production process from receipt of items to final delivery.
- Develop daily work schedules, assign tasks to operators, and ensure adherence to production targets.
- Perform routine quality inspections, identify defects, and implement corrective actions to meet strict quality benchmarks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of detergents, chemicals, equipment, and finished goods.
- Train new staff members on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage, progressing them to full competency.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround time, defect rates, and equipment downtime, and report findings to management.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of supplies and proper storage conditions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper handling of hazardous chemicals.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements that increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service‑related issues with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female.
- Age range: 23–40 years.
- Copy of KTP matching domicile is required.
- No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided until the candidate becomes proficient.
- Basic administrative skills, including record‑keeping and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
