- Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales/appointment targets set by management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer objections and market trends.
- Participate in regular training sessions, role‑plays, and performance reviews to continuously improve call techniques.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, adhere to call scripts when required, and comply with all relevant privacy and telemarketing regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to fresh graduates; prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, pleasant voice.
- High level of confidence and the ability to persuade prospects over the phone.
