They are seeking a dedicated Staff Produksi – Pengawasan Operasional dan Pengendalian Kualitas to join their production team in a full‑time, Monday‑to‑Saturday role. The successful candidate will act as a frontline guardian of production efficiency, ensuring that every product meets the company’s high standards while supporting a collaborative, safety‑first work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily production schedules and ensure that work orders are completed on time and within specifications.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections at each stage of the manufacturing process, documenting findings and initiating corrective actions when deviations occur.
  • Maintain accurate production logs, inventory records, and quality reports using basic computer applications.
  • Coordinate with line supervisors and machine operators to resolve bottlenecks, equipment malfunctions, or material shortages.
  • Assist in the training of new staff on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality‑control techniques.
  • Support the implementation of continuous‑improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, or lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, reporting any hazards or incidents promptly.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss production performance, quality trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support for shift handovers, including the preparation of handover sheets and status summaries.
  • Collaborate with the quality‑assurance department to conduct root‑cause analysis for non‑conformities and to develop preventive measures.

Requirements
