Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales and Digital Marketing professional to join our growing team in the Malang region. This role combines traditional field sales with modern digital marketing techniques to boost brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth for our products and services. Ideal candidates are self‑motivated, honest, and disciplined, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and a keen focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a hybrid sales strategy that integrates face‑to‑face customer outreach with online marketing campaigns.
  • Identify, prospect, and nurture new business opportunities across the Malang Raya area, leveraging personal vehicle for mobility.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking events, social media engagement, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce digital content (social posts, ads, newsletters) that aligns with sales objectives.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics, preparing reports for management and adjusting tactics as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries, objections, and after‑sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team, sharing insights and best practices to improve overall performance.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and field visits to continuously improve skill sets.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to all genders; diversity is valued.
  • Strong work ethic: resilient, honest, and disciplined.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and preferably English).
  • Target‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the Malang Raya territory, including key commercial zones and consumer behavior patterns.
  • Own a reliable personal vehicle to travel efficiently between client sites.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to work mobile, including weekends if required (Monday‑Saturday schedule).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (social media, Google Ads, email automation) is a plus.
