Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Mobile to join our growing team in Nganjuk, Jawa Timur. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence by promoting the company’s mobile product portfolio to both existing and new customers. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Actively market and present the company’s mobile products to existing accounts and prospect new customers across the Nganjuk region.
- Identify and secure orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate collection of initial data and thorough verification of customer information.
- Prepare and complete all required documentation for credit applications, coordinating closely with the finance department to expedite approvals.
- Track the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and communicating final decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and payment locations, and address any related inquiries to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline by regularly following up on leads, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contract terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including marketing, after‑sales service, and logistics—to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, analyzing performance metrics and recommending strategies for improvement.
- Represent the company at local trade shows, community events, and dealer meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the mobile or consumer electronics sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for negotiation and relationship building.
- High integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and a reputation for honesty.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for client visits.
- Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM systems, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Flexible schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
