Responsibilities

- Present menus, highlight daily specials, and answer guest inquiries with detailed, accurate information.
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently, entering them into the POS system while confirming any dietary restrictions.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes, checking that each plate matches the order specifications.
- Serve meals and drinks, monitoring guest satisfaction and refilling beverages as needed.
- Handle payment transactions, process credit cards, and provide accurate change while maintaining the highest level of integrity.
- Address guest concerns promptly, offering solutions or escalating to a supervisor when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, clearing used dishes, and performing periodic floor checks.
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as restocking supplies, polishing cutlery, and preparing the dining room for the next service.
- Promote additional items, such as desserts or specialty drinks, to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
