As a Frontliner, you will be the first point of contact for guests, representing the brand’s commitment to hospitality, speed, and quality service. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, manage check‑in and seating arrangements, and ensure a smooth flow of guests throughout the dining area.
- Take orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, process payments via cash, card, or mobile applications, and issue receipts promptly.
- Respond to customer inquiries, address complaints, and provide solutions that uphold the company’s service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to guarantee timely delivery of food and beverages, while monitoring order status for any delays.
- Maintain a clean and organized front‑of‑house environment, including reception desks, waiting areas, and public restrooms.
- Assist in daily opening and closing procedures, such as cash reconciliation, inventory checks, and preparing workstations for the next shift.
- Promote special menus, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Continuously update knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary restrictions to provide accurate recommendations.
- Support team members during peak hours by stepping into secondary roles when needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Document and report any operational issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to management promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender; inclusive workplace culture.
- Age limit: up to 35 years old (flexible based on experience).
- No prior experience required, though background in F&B is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and handle high‑volume situations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order taking and cash handling.
- Comfortable using digital payment platforms, POS software, and basic office applications.
- Physical fitness to stand for long periods and perform tasks that require mobility.
- Willingness to work full‑time (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and maintain a healthy work‑life balance.
