Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s product portfolio to existing accounts and prospect new customers within the assigned territory.
- Generate orders through the distribution channel, collect initial customer data, and verify the completeness of documentation required for credit applications.
- Maintain accurate records of each customer’s credit file, ensuring all paperwork complies with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, provide timely updates to dealers and customers, and communicate final credit decisions clearly.
- Inform customers about payment due dates, acceptable payment locations, and any additional information that impacts their purchasing experience.
- Collaborate with the logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely invoicing.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, and end‑users, to foster repeat business.
- Analyze sales data, identify market trends, and propose actionable strategies to improve sales performance.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, provide status reports, and contribute ideas for product enhancements or new market opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or credit‑management role; relevant experience will be considered an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and maintain integrity in all dealings.
- Demonstrated perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty in handling confidential customer information.
- Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Proficiency in B2C sales management, customer‑oriented selling techniques, and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to work independently while aligning with team objectives.
