Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Part‑Time Production Crew Member (Kru Produksi) to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a key member of our production floor, you will support daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and help maintain the standards that our customers expect.
Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up production lines, including the preparation of raw materials and tools required for each shift.
- Operate and monitor machinery safely, following standard operating procedures and reporting any irregularities to supervisors.
- Perform routine quality checks to verify that products meet specifications, documenting findings accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
- Support inventory management by tracking material usage, labeling finished goods, and assisting with stock counts.
- Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and resolve bottlenecks.
- Handle minor troubleshooting of equipment, escalating more complex issues to the maintenance team.
- Record production data, such as batch numbers and output quantities, in the company’s tracking system.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, especially during peak periods or special orders, while working under pressure.
- Participate in regular safety briefings and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as specified for this position).
- Age: Up to 45 years old.
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing setting is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with supervisors and teammates.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Capable of performing tasks under tight deadlines and high‑pressure situations.
- Basic cooking or food‑handling skills (Keterampilan Memasak) are an added advantage.
- Valid identification: photocopy of KTP and KK must be submitted upon hiring.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
