Responsibilities
- Design and assemble fresh flower bouquets, centerpieces, and decorative arrangements for daily sales, special events, and corporate orders.
- Provide attentive, friendly service to walk‑in customers, answering product queries, recommending suitable arrangements, and handling point‑of‑sale transactions.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by receiving deliveries, checking quality, labeling stems, and rotating stock to ensure maximum freshness.
- Assist the senior florist in preparing floral installations for weddings, birthdays, funerals, and other ceremonies, adhering to client specifications and timelines.
- Create engaging visual content—photos, short videos, and captions—for the studio’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), showcasing new designs and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor and respond to online inquiries, comments, and direct messages in a timely, courteous manner, converting digital interest into in‑store sales.
- Collaborate closely with team members to coordinate workflow, manage peak‑hour pressures, and uphold a clean, organized work environment.
- Support administrative tasks such as updating the shop’s inventory management system, processing online orders, and preparing daily sales reports.
- Participate in regular training sessions on flower care techniques, safety protocols, and emerging trends in floral design.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 18‑24 years, residing in Cisauk, BSD, or nearby areas.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Genuine interest in floral design and a keen eye for aesthetic detail.
- Strong personal presentation; a polished appearance that reflects the brand’s image.
- Proficiency in creating digital content—photography, basic editing, and copywriting.
- Passionate about social media trends and comfortable using platforms for brand promotion.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of shop management systems or willingness to learn quickly.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
