Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading consumer finance company in Indonesia, is expanding its field operations in the Bekasi Raya area. We are seeking a motivated and diligent Problem Account Officer (PAO) to join our dedicated collection team. The PAO plays a critical role in maintaining the health of our loan portfolio by engaging directly with borrowers, resolving overdue payments, and ensuring the smooth retrieval of assets when necessary. This is a full‑time, on‑site position that offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to borrowers with overdue installments, following the DKHR (Daftar Kunjungan Harian) list provided by supervisors.
- Collect overdue payments, verify cash receipts, and promptly hand over the collected funds to the designated teller.
- Perform revisits and customer satisfaction surveys to understand borrower challenges and promote financial education.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor who can negotiate repayment plans and offer guidance.
- Coordinate with internal teams—including credit, legal, and operations—to expedite the retrieval of problematic vehicle units.
- Document all interactions, payment statuses, and field observations accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly collection targets while adhering to compliance and ethical standards.
- Identify early warning signs of potential delinquency and provide proactive recommendations to management.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on regulatory changes, collection best practices, and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, field sales, or a related financial role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customer groups.
- Demonstrated financial acumen and basic numeracy for handling cash transactions.
- Adaptability to changing operational demands and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and basic office software for reporting.
- High level of integrity, problem‑solving orientation, and a customer‑first mindset.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, including travel within the assigned territory.
