Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, courteous, and prompt service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure.
- Take accurate orders, relay them to the kitchen, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in setting up and resetting tables for each service period, including polishing silverware and arranging linens.
- Execute upselling techniques by recommending daily specials, beverages, and dessert options to increase average check values.
- Collect and record customer feedback, contributing to ongoing improvements in service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels of tableware, condiments, and guest supplies, reporting discrepancies to the outlet manager.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any service issues quickly.
- Prepare daily service reports and communicate performance metrics to the floor leader and outlet manager.
- Participate in regular training sessions, team briefings, and staff meetings to stay updated on menu changes and service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a server or waiter in a restaurant setting.
- Male candidates only, with a minimum educational attainment of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physically agile, quick‑on‑feet, and capable of handling multiple tables during peak periods.
- Highly committed, detail‑oriented, and maintains a neat personal appearance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage floor operations, including seating arrangements and order flow.
- Proven track record of upselling products and maintaining accurate customer inventory data.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting to leaders and outlet managers.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
