Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with local car showrooms, ensuring a steady pipeline of quality used‑car inventory.
  • Conduct on‑site feasibility studies and credit checks, verifying the financial credibility of potential customers.
  • Present tailored vehicle offers to consumers, articulating product benefits, financing options, and after‑sales support.
  • Coordinate test‑drive arrangements, vehicle inspections, and delivery logistics to guarantee a smooth transaction process.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, average deal size, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns, local events, and digital outreach that drive foot traffic to partner showrooms.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating customer profiles, interaction histories, and follow‑up actions.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitor pricing, emerging trends, and consumer preferences to inform pricing strategies.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with automotive financing regulations, product knowledge, and negotiation techniques.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, community events, and networking gatherings to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or a Bachelor’s degree (S1); fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
  • Valid and active Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A/C) with a clean driving record.
  • Own reliable personal vehicle to travel between showrooms and client sites.
  • Professional appearance and strong personal grooming standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated negotiation ability and persuasive sales techniques.
  • Passion for field work, comfortable spending significant time on the road.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and mobile productivity apps.
  • Flexibility to work standard business hours (08:00‑17:00) and occasional weekend events as required.
