Introduction

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Motorist (FMCG) to join our dynamic distribution team in Bogor. This role is essential for delivering fast‑moving consumer goods directly to retail outlets and end‑customers, ensuring product availability, brand visibility, and customer satisfaction across the assigned route. As a frontline ambassador of our company, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales growth, building lasting relationships, and representing our commitment to quality and service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Direct Sales Execution: Visit assigned stores and customers daily, presenting our product portfolio and closing sales in accordance with the established route plan.
  • Product Promotion: Introduce new items, seasonal promotions, and special offers, ensuring customers are fully informed of benefits and usage.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision‑makers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels on the motorbike, replenish shelves as needed, and report any discrepancies or low‑stock alerts to the logistics team.
  • Sales Reporting: Accurately record daily transactions, update the mobile sales system, and submit comprehensive reports to the regional supervisor.
  • Merchandising Standards: Ensure product displays, pricing tags, and promotional materials are arranged according to company guidelines to maximize shelf impact.
  • Target Achievement: Strive to meet or exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the overall performance of the Bogor market.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather feedback on competitor activities, emerging consumer trends, and potential new outlets, feeding insights back to the planning team.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • No upper age limit; candidates of all ages are welcome.
