Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajemen Penjualan dan Pemasaran Properti (Property Sales & Marketing Manager) to join our fast‑growing real‑estate development firm. This role will be the driving force behind our property portfolio’s market presence, blending traditional sales expertise with cutting‑edge digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is comfortable engaging with both individual buyers and corporate clients, and can translate market insights into actionable sales plans.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects.
  • Lead the generation of qualified leads through digital channels, including social media, SEO, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, investors, and real‑estate agents to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, pricing opportunities, and target demographics.
  • Coordinate with the design, construction, and finance teams to align product offerings with market demand.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and KPI dashboards to senior management on a weekly basis.
  • Organize open house events, property tours, and virtual showings to showcase project features and benefits.
  • Coach and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative and results‑oriented team culture.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage pipelines, and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Ensure compliance with all local real‑estate regulations and company policies throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in marketing, business administration, or real‑estate is a plus.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; diversity and inclusion are core values.
  • Honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency with digital platforms—especially social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and content creation tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend events.
  • Basic understanding of sales metrics, CRM systems, and data‑driven decision making.
  • Self‑motivation and the capacity to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • No prior experience required, but any experience in property sales, digital marketing, or customer service will be considered an advantage.
