Responsibilities
- Provide personalized facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, mask application, and massage, following the brand’s protocols.
- Greet and consult with clients to understand their skin concerns, recommend appropriate treatments, and suggest after‑care products.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Manage appointment scheduling, handle client records, and ensure accurate documentation of each service performed.
- Monitor inventory levels of skincare products and supplies, notifying management of restocking needs.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales targets.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest facial techniques, product knowledge, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure smooth shift transitions and a cohesive team atmosphere.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when required.
- Provide post‑treatment advice and follow‑up support to encourage repeat visits and client loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, aged 30 years or younger.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong interest in facial therapy are welcome.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: honest, friendly, and capable of building rapport with diverse clientele.
- High motivation to learn, with a willingness to attend continuous training and development programs.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability in performing duties and adhering to schedules.
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Basic administrative skills for handling client data and processing transactions.
