Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional plans, and territory coverage models aligned with market trends.
- Monitor daily sales activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare concise performance reports for senior management.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and on‑the‑job training to improve product knowledge, negotiation skills, and closing techniques.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, resolve escalated issues, and ensure a high level of service quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics departments to ensure product availability, timely deliveries, and effective promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market competition, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights for product positioning.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate data entry and forecast reliability.
- Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, especially during peak sales periods and promotional events.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.

- Core Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
