Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Staf Pengelolaan Akun dan Layanan Pelanggan to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in expanding our financing portfolio by identifying and nurturing new partners, conducting thorough field surveys, and ensuring seamless loan repayment processes. The successful candidate will work primarily in the field, building strong relationships with community leaders, village officials, and prospective borrowers, while also handling essential administrative duties that support our financial products.

The position offers a balanced blend of outreach, analytical work, and customer service, making it ideal for fresh graduates or individuals eager to gain hands‑on experience in the micro‑finance sector. Responsibilities

  • Pencarian Mitra (Partner Acquisition): Proactively identify and approach potential borrowers and business partners for group financing products. This includes networking with local entrepreneurs, community groups, and informal business networks to generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Survei Lapangan (Field Survey): Conduct on‑site feasibility studies to assess the creditworthiness and operational viability of prospective clients. Gather detailed information on business operations, financial health, and collateral availability, documenting findings in structured reports.
  • Sosialisasi (Product Promotion): Organize and lead informational sessions for village officials (perangkat desa), neighborhood heads (RT/RW), and community members to explain loan terms, repayment schedules, and the benefits of group financing. Tailor messaging to suit varying literacy levels and cultural contexts.
  • Maintenance Angsuran (Installment Management): Monitor repayment schedules, send timely reminders, and coordinate with borrowers to resolve any payment issues. Implement early‑warning mechanisms to identify delinquent accounts and propose remedial actions.
  • Administrasi (Administrative Reporting): Compile daily and weekly survey results, maintain accurate partner files, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management. Ensure all documentation complies with internal audit standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service Support: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing guidance on loan utilization to maximize borrower success.
  • Data Management: Update the CRM system with new leads, survey outcomes, and repayment status, ensuring data integrity and facilitating strategic decision‑making.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 18 – 32 years (maximum 33 years).
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Vehicle: Own a two‑wheel motorbike and possess a valid driving license (SIM).
  • Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Field Availability: Willingness to work outdoors, travel to rural locations, and adapt to varying work environments.
  • Soft Skills: Strong adaptability, effective communication, problem‑solving abilities, and a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with mobile data entry tools, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Integrity: High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
