This full‑time position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to accommodate occasional overtime or urgent travel requests. The role is critical to ensuring that our clients arrive at appointments, meetings, and personal engagements promptly and comfortably.
Responsibilities
- Operate a company‑provided vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and corporate policies.
- Plan and execute daily routes, considering traffic patterns, client schedules, and any last‑minute changes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and regular servicing of the vehicle, including routine inspections, oil changes, and minor repairs.
- Assist clients with loading and unloading luggage, personal items, and occasionally providing basic concierge support.
- Coordinate with executive assistants or household staff to align transportation needs with calendar events.
- Maintain accurate mileage logs, fuel receipts, and trip reports for accounting and compliance purposes.
- Provide a professional and courteous presence, ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Be available for occasional overtime, weekend duties, or urgent travel requests as required by the client.
- Communicate any vehicle issues, schedule conflicts, or client concerns promptly to the operations manager.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Age: No upper age limit, provided the candidate meets health and fitness standards.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional driving experience, preferably as an expatriate or corporate driver.
- Driving License: Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM) with a clean record.
- Health: Good physical condition and ability to sit for long periods, assist with luggage, and handle occasional night driving.
- Language Skills: Basic passive English proficiency sufficient for two‑way communication.
- Residence: Must reside in Jakarta or surrounding areas to ensure timely availability.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime or adjust hours based on client needs.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, punctuality, discretion, and a customer‑service orientation.
