Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Mitra Sales Force to join our expanding network of dealers in Lamongan, Jawa Timur. This position is ideal for energetic individuals who are eager to develop a career in automotive sales, digital marketing, and dealer relationship management. As a key liaison between our head office and local dealers, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, enhancing product knowledge, and ensuring seamless execution of partnership agreements. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and nurture existing Perjanjian Kerjasama (PKS) agreements with dealers, ensuring compliance and mutual satisfaction.
  • Identify and onboard new dealers, preparing and executing PKS contracts to expand market coverage.
  • Conduct regular product and program briefings for dealers and channel partners, guaranteeing they understand features, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate daily with the Section Head Motor and other internal teams to align sales strategies, inventory forecasts, and marketing initiatives.
  • Educate dealers on the self‑service Purchase Order (PO) system, providing hands‑on training and troubleshooting support.
  • Monitor dealer performance against sales targets, generating reports and recommending corrective actions when needed.
  • Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development and promotional planning.
  • Participate in weekly field visits and sales meetings, representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Utilize Android smartphones and digital tools to capture real‑time sales data, update CRM systems, and communicate effectively with the head office.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, perseverance, and customer‑centric service in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • Education: At least a D3 (Associate Degree) or equivalent; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered if they demonstrate strong sales aptitude.
  • Valid motorbike license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for field visits.
  • Proficiency with Android smartphones, active mobile number, and basic digital literacy.
  • Strong desire to learn online sales techniques, digital marketing, and e‑commerce platforms.
  • Demonstrated sales and marketing mindset with a clear focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with dealers and internal stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, resilience, and a “never give up” attitude.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and willingness to travel within the Lamongan region.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a coordinated team, reporting directly to the Section Head Motor.
