Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Consumer Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies for our fast‑growing consumer product portfolio. This full‑time position is based in Indonesia and reports directly to the Marketing Director. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments, and who possesses a solid foundation in sales strategy, digital promotion, and market research.
The role is open to female candidates who have completed at least a high school (SMA/SMK) education, with a strong preference for those who have studied Technical Computer and Network (TKJ) or Software Development (RPL) programs. The successful applicant will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be expected to contribute to the company’s market‑share growth while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing plans that align with corporate sales targets and brand positioning.
- Conduct market analysis, consumer behavior research, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and creative teams to create compelling messaging, promotional materials, and launch campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and online advertising, to increase product visibility and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition cost, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams, ensuring timelines and budgets are met while maintaining high quality standards.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, product demonstrations, and community outreach events to strengthen brand presence.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, summarizing market trends, campaign outcomes, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with a background in SMK TKJ/RPL are highly preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in consumer product marketing, sales strategy, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and preferably English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- High level of accuracy, discipline, and responsibility with a strong intrinsic motivation to achieve results.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and basic graphic design software is a plus.
