Introduction
BCA Finance is expanding its field sales team in the Tebing Tinggi region and is looking for a motivated Relationship Officer to join our dynamic network. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of BCA Finance’s product portfolio, building strong partnerships with local businesses, and delivering exceptional service to prospective and existing customers. The successful candidate will work primarily in the field, conducting surveys, analyzing consumer eligibility, and contributing directly to the achievement of sales targets.
The position is based at the BCA Finance branch in Tebing Tinggi and offers a vibrant work environment where initiative, communication skills, and a passion for community engagement are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market BCA Finance’s financial products, including consumer loans, micro‑financing, and investment solutions, to expand market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local merchants, cooperatives, and other strategic partners to generate referral business.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform thorough data analysis to assess the creditworthiness and eligibility of potential customers.
- Collaborate with the branch sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets, reporting progress and insights to management.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022).
- Participate in community events and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and foster trust within the Tebing Tinggi area.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (associate degree) in any discipline; S1 (bachelor’s) preferred.
- Academic Performance: GPA of at least 2.50 on a 4.00 scale.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age who meet the qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the posting).
- Work Preference: Strong enthusiasm for field‑based activities and direct customer engagement.
- Transportation: Own motorbike and a valid SIM C (motorcycle license) for daily travel within the Tebing Tinggi region.
- Residence: Must be domiciled in Tebing Tinggi or surrounding areas to ensure timely coverage of the assigned territory.
- Key Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical ability to evaluate consumer data, and a proactive sales mindset.
- Compliance: Agree to BCA Finance’s data‑privacy policies in accordance with UU No. 27/2022, allowing the use and verification of personal data for recruitment purposes.
