Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Admin Saluran Bisnis to join our dynamic team in Cirebon, Jawa Barat. This pivotal role supports the Business Channeling unit by managing incoming orders, ensuring accurate data entry, and coordinating credit processing activities. The successful candidate will act as a crucial liaison between customers, the credit assessment team, and internal support functions, helping to streamline workflow and maintain high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Receive and acknowledge business channel orders submitted via web portals, email, or phone.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of consumer data and financing objects before entering them into the company’s core system.
- Perform timely data entry of order information, ensuring that all fields comply with internal formatting standards.
- Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Criteria) or consumer grading outcomes, flagging any discrepancies for further review.
- Communicate credit decisions—both approvals and rejections—to applicants with clear, courteous explanations.
- Prepare and forward survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) and track their progress.
- Coordinate closely with the Service Handling Center (SHC) to monitor the status of ongoing consumer orders and resolve any bottlenecks.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper records, ensuring compliance with data‑privacy regulations.
- Provide regular status reports to supervisors, highlighting order volumes, turnaround times, and any recurring issues.
- Support ad‑hoc projects such as process improvement initiatives, system testing, and training of new administrative staff.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or credit‑processing environment.
- Proficiency with computer applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web‑based order management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity when handling confidential customer information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling clear interaction with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Male candidates only, as stipulated by the client’s current policy.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
