Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily boarding procedures, ensuring that all passenger documentation is verified and recorded accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation standards of public areas, cabins, and crew quarters, reflecting the high aesthetic expectations of an international cruise line.
- Support the onboard retail and beauty salons by providing product knowledge on cosmetics and skincare, helping guests select suitable items and promoting sales.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food‑and‑beverage, and entertainment departments to facilitate seamless service delivery throughout the ship’s itinerary.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables, toiletries, and retail merchandise, reporting shortages and assisting with re‑stocking procedures.
- Participate in safety drills, emergency response training, and routine safety inspections to uphold maritime regulations and passenger welfare.
- Collaborate closely with fellow crew members, demonstrating strong teamwork, clear communication, and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
- Represent the brand with a professional appearance and confident demeanor, contributing to the ship’s overall image and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior staff when necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports related to operational activities, attendance, and daily performance metrics.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged up to 25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Single status (not married) and not currently bound by any academic or employment contract.
- Permanent residence in Nganjuk City.
- Professional appearance, confident attitude, and a self‑motivated work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
- Preferable knowledge of cosmetics, skincare products, and basic retail sales techniques.
- Basic proficiency with store management systems and inventory tracking tools.
- Excellent verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
