Introduction

The Mitra Program Penawaran Denda Lhokseumawe (Samudra Baru) is a field‑based position focused on managing and resolving overdue penalty payments for our municipal utility services. As a key member of the collection team, you will act as a trusted liaison between the company and its customers, offering clear, fair settlement options and ensuring that outstanding balances are cleared in an efficient and respectful manner. This role requires strong communication skills, high integrity, and a determination to meet targets while maintaining excellent customer relations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on‑site visits to customers who have already settled their primary bills but still hold outstanding penalties.
  • Present tailored payment proposals and negotiate settlement terms that comply with company policies.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system, updating payment status and noting any follow‑up actions required.
  • Collaborate with the finance and legal departments to verify penalty calculations and validate waivers when applicable.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets, providing regular performance reports to supervisors.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while traveling on a personal motorbike, ensuring safety and punctuality.
  • Educate customers on the importance of timely penalty payments to avoid service disruptions.
  • Identify patterns of recurring delinquencies and suggest process improvements to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 21 years or older.
  • Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable motorcycle.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to persuade and negotiate calmly.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and a “never‑give‑up” attitude.
  • Target‑oriented mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Physical ability to work in the field from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
  • Basic proficiency in using mobile data entry tools and familiarity with penalty‑collection processes.
