Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a diligent and results‑oriented Petugas Remedial Penagihan for its Amurang branch. The role is central to maintaining healthy cash flow by ensuring that overdue accounts receivable (A/R) are collected promptly and professionally. Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loan accounts, ensuring all actions comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Contact borrowers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face visits to negotiate repayment plans, resolve disputes, and secure timely payments.
- Monitor and update the A/R aging schedule daily, flagging high‑risk accounts for escalation to senior management.
- Prepare and submit regular collection reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as recovery rate, days delinquent, and outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to verify borrower information and assess the feasibility of restructuring proposals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all communication and agreements in the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share best practices, discuss challenging cases, and align on collection targets.
- Continuously improve collection techniques by staying informed about market trends, legal developments, and emerging technologies in the finance sector.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/S1 in any discipline; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered if they demonstrate strong aptitude.
- Age limit: 29 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit control, or a related finance function is a plus; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear orientation toward achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, coupled with integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office in Amurang, with a standard work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
