Responsibilities
- Execute targeted sales and marketing activities to promote credit and financing products to prospective borrowers and existing customers.
- Assist applicants in completing credit applications, guiding them through documentation requirements, and ensuring a smooth underwriting process.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and identifying cross‑selling opportunities.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with third‑party partners such as agents, brokers, showrooms, and referral networks to expand market reach.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings, emerging trends, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow‑up.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, regularly reporting performance metrics to senior management.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including clear BI checks and responsible lending practices.
Requirements
- Male candidates only; minimum age 18, maximum 35 years.
- Educational background: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Credit Marketing Officer, Sales Representative, or in a related financial sales role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated negotiation ability and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving market conditions and marketing needs.
- Clear BI (Biro Kredit) record with no adverse entries.
- Proficiency with basic office software (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with customers and third‑party partners.
