As a field officer, you will play a critical role in facilitating the settlement of overdue fines by engaging directly with customers, offering flexible payment options, and ensuring a smooth, respectful resolution process. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to consumers who have settled their primary debts but still have outstanding fines, presenting clear and attractive payment proposals.
- Explain the terms, benefits, and deadlines of fine settlement options, ensuring full transparency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Negotiate payment plans tailored to each customer’s financial situation while maintaining the company’s revenue targets.
- Document all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system, including customer feedback, agreed payment schedules, and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with the central collections team to update case statuses and share insights that improve overall recovery strategies.
- Maintain a daily route plan, travel to assigned territories using a personal motorcycle, and ensure punctual arrival for each appointment.
- Provide timely reports to supervisors on achieved targets, obstacles encountered, and suggestions for process enhancements.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older; no maximum age limit.
- Valid motorcycle (Sepeda Motor) and a current SIM C license.
- Strong personal integrity, perseverance, and a “never‑give‑up” attitude.
- Target‑driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust with diverse customers.
- Physical stamina to handle extensive field work, including long hours on the road.
- Basic understanding of debt collection processes and the ability to explain financial terms in simple language.
