Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers at the sales counter, providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately, handle cash, credit, and electronic payments while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain a tidy and well‑stocked sales counter, ensuring promotional materials and signage are up‑to‑date.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, achieving or exceeding daily and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with inventory and merchandising teams to coordinate product displays and special offers.
- Monitor inventory levels at the counter, report low stock, and assist with replenishment orders.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product updates, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
- Work under pressure during peak hours, maintaining composure and delivering consistent service quality.
- Document daily sales activities and submit reports to the store manager for performance analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
