Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Representative to join the XLSmart team in the Kabupaten Pringsewu area. This field‑sales position is ideal for candidates who thrive on direct customer interaction, enjoy meeting and exceeding targets, and are eager to develop deep product knowledge within a fast‑growing market. The role is based locally, with a work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and offers the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients while contributing to the company’s overall growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to assigned clusters, following the Regional Market Plan (RMP) to ensure comprehensive coverage of the territory.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new customers, converting leads into active accounts and expanding the company’s market footprint.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, providing timely support, product updates, and after‑sales service.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets by applying effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including activity logs, forecast updates, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and special events within the assigned area.
- Continuously develop product knowledge through “cluster pintar” training sessions and self‑study, enabling you to position XLSmart solutions confidently.
- Gather market intelligence—pricing trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback—and relay insights to management for strategic planning.
- Ensure proper handling of company assets, such as the personal motorcycle, SIM C, and company‑issued smartphone, adhering to safety and compliance standards.
- Participate in regular team meetings, sales trainings, and performance reviews to continuously improve skills and align with corporate goals.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; age not to exceed 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales & marketing, preferably in a field‑sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Familiarity with RMP (Regional Market Plan) processes and the ability to follow structured visit schedules.
- Proficiency with Android smartphones (minimum 4 GB RAM) for CRM entry, GPS navigation, and communication.
- Valid motorcycle (Sepeda Motor) ownership, active SIM C, and a clean SKCK (police clearance).
- Quick adaptability, problem‑solving mindset, and a self‑motivated work ethic.
- Willingness to work independently in the field while representing the company’s brand with professionalism.
