Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a warm, courteous demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer customer inquiries and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bar personnel, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow and uphold high standards of quality.
- Monitor table conditions, replenish supplies (e.g., napkins, cutlery, water), and clear dishes efficiently while adhering to hygiene protocols.
- Handle payment transactions, process invoices, and ensure accurate cash handling in accordance with company policies.
- Address guest concerns or complaints with empathy, resolve issues promptly, and escalate to management when necessary.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards by performing regular table resets, sanitizing work areas, and following health regulations.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service excellence.
- Represent the brand positively on social media when appropriate, sharing memorable guest experiences and promoting special events.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (preferred) – must be under 25 years of age and unmarried.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in cooking or food preparation is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
- Key Attributes: Honesty, responsibility, strong teamwork orientation, and a polished, presentable appearance.
- Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, basic numeracy for handling transactions, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Availability: Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional events.
