Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staf Pendukung Operasional to join our dynamic operations team. Responsibilities
- Follow and enforce the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for cleanliness and hygiene across all work areas.
- Perform routine inspections of incoming and outgoing goods to verify condition and accuracy.
- Maintain physical security of inventory by monitoring storage zones and reporting any irregularities.
- Assist in the organization, labeling, and shelving of merchandise to optimize space utilization.
- Conduct basic quality control checks, identifying damaged or non‑conforming items and documenting findings.
- Support loading and unloading operations, ensuring safe handling of materials and proper use of equipment.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors, warehouse staff, and other departments to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on cleanliness, inventory status, and any incidents that occur on the floor.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with safety regulations, hygiene standards, and best practices in logistics.
- Adhere to the scheduled work hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:30‑17:00) and be flexible to adjust shifts when operational demand requires.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome, especially those with prior helper or warehouse exposure.
- Demonstrated ability to work diligently under SOP guidelines for cleanliness and safety.
- Strong physical stamina and good mental health to handle demanding tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to maintaining a tidy work area.
- Proven reliability, responsibility, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic skills in item inspection, physical security of goods, merchandise management, and quality control.
- Willingness to comply with the defined work schedule and any additional shift requirements.
