Introduction
PT AULIA COFFEE EXPORT INDONESIA (Zenith Coffee) is seeking a highly motivated Senior Tax Accountant with solid audit and taxation experience to join our Finance & Tax team in Bandung, West Java. This is a full‑time, permanent position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic export‑focused environment, handling both domestic and international financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely recording of all company financial transactions, ensuring proper classification in accordance with Indonesian GAAP.
- Prepare periodic financial statements, including cash‑flow statements, profit & loss reports, and balance sheets for internal management and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate invoice processing, supplier payments, and buyer receivables, guaranteeing that all cash movements are reflected correctly in the ERP system.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and provide clear explanations to senior management.
- Manage the full cycle of corporate tax administration: calculate, file, and remit monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes such as PPh 21, PPh 23/26, PPN, and PPh 29.
- Ensure strict compliance with the latest Indonesian tax regulations, including the use of Coretax, e‑Faktur, and e‑SPT platforms.
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules, responding to auditor queries, and implementing recommended controls.
- Collaborate with the procurement and sales departments to align financial data with operational activities, improving cash‑flow forecasting accuracy.
- Identify tax optimization opportunities, propose strategic tax planning initiatives, and communicate potential savings to senior leadership.
- Mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in corporate tax reporting and audit.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax law and practical experience with Coretax, e‑Faktur, and e‑SPT.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and ERP accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and high level of integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience in tax reporting for trading or export‑oriented companies.
- Familiarity with audit procedures and prior involvement in external audit engagements.
- Certification such as CPA, CA, or a recognized tax specialist credential.
- Experience using industry‑specific ERP modules for commodity trading.
