Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items according to company standards, ensuring taste, presentation, and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all service areas, including dining tables, counters, and kitchen equipment, complying with local health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions, process orders through the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and accurately reconcile daily sales reports.
- Assist in inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and reporting shortages to the supervisor.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service to guests, addressing questions, special requests, and occasional complaints with empathy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth workflow during peak periods.
- Support the implementation of promotional activities, upselling items, and informing guests about daily specials.
- Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, customer service excellence, and the store management system.
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and reporting any hazards immediately.
Requirements
