Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of espresso‑based beverages, drip coffee, teas, and specialty drinks according to company recipes and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, including regular cleaning of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Engage with customers, take orders accurately, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle cash and point‑of‑sale transactions efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling and accurate record‑keeping.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report any shortages to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours, and support colleagues when needed.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper storage of perishable items and regular sanitation checks.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new drink recipes, equipment operation, and customer service techniques.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal menu items, promotional events, and community engagement activities.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑26 years old.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Appearance: Professional, well‑groomed, and presentable.
- Marital Status: Single.
- Work Eligibility: Not currently enrolled in school or bound to another employer.
- Residence: Preferably lives within the vicinity of the outlet for convenient commuting.
- Experience: No prior barista experience required; however, a genuine interest in coffee and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Key Skills: Basic barista techniques, strong communication, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, honesty, responsibility, and a friendly demeanor.
