Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team in Manado, Indonesia. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and building lasting relationships with customers across the region. As a key member of the sales force, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking events, and market research.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, highlighting the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Develop and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and pricing to close deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline in the CRM system, updating lead status, activity logs, and forecasted sales.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and after‑sales support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, presenting performance metrics to senior management.
  • Participate in regional sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows to stay current on industry developments.
  • Provide excellent after‑sales service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Work under pressure to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).
  • High level of honesty, integrity, and personal responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated capability to perform under tight deadlines and high‑pressure environments.
  • Gender: open to all genders.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
  • Proficiency in sales development techniques, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
