Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring any dietary restrictions or special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently, checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, clearing dishes, and resetting for the next guests.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate timing and delivery of orders.
- Handle cash and electronic payments securely, issuing receipts and processing transactions according to restaurant policy.
- Monitor inventory of tableware, linens, and condiments, reporting shortages to the manager for timely replenishment.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices for guest interaction and service flow.
- Respond to guest feedback—both positive and constructive—by taking appropriate action or escalating to management when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18 to 40 years old.

- Prior experience in food and beverage service is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Honesty, reliability, and a positive attitude toward both guests and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are advantageous.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work the designated schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
