Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high‑quality espresso‑based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, adhering to hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems efficiently, handling cash, card transactions, and digital payments.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and reporting low‑stock items.
- Engage customers on‑site and through social media, responding to inquiries, taking orders for delivery platforms, and promoting new menu items.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service during peak hours, supporting back‑of‑house staff when needed.
- Participate in regular training sessions on coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and product knowledge.
- Contribute ideas for menu development, seasonal promotions, and community events to increase foot traffic.
- Document daily sales, waste, and equipment maintenance logs for management review.
- Uphold the brand’s reputation by delivering courteous, honest, and timely service to every guest.
Requirements
- All genders welcomed; age maximum of 25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 3 months of experience in the food & beverage industry, preferably in a coffee shop or café.
- Proficiency with POS software, basic social‑media tools, and online marketplace platforms.
- Demonstrated responsibility, politeness, strong communication skills, honesty, and a diligent work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to fast‑paced service periods.
- Residence in Cibinong, Bojong, or Depok area is strongly preferred.
