Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site collection visits to assigned customers, delivering a professional and courteous experience that reflects the company’s brand values.
- Negotiate repayment plans, resolve disputes, and secure payment commitments while adhering to legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Collect cash, checks, or electronic payments directly from customers and issue receipts promptly.
- Maintain accurate, daily visitation logs and enter collection data into the company’s CRM system.
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as amount recovered, number of contacts made, and success rate against targets.
- Identify high‑risk accounts and provide early warnings to the credit management team for further action.
- Collaborate with field teams to map and update the service area, ensuring efficient routing and optimal coverage.
- Participate in weekly briefing sessions to discuss challenges, share best practices, and align with company goals.
- Achieve weekly and monthly collection targets set by the supervisor, contributing to overall financial health of the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in field collection; 2 years preferred.
- Valid motorbike (2‑wheel) license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for travel between customer locations.
- Deep familiarity with the Banyuwangi area and surrounding neighborhoods to optimize route planning.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade customers.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices and collection software for reporting and data entry.
- Male candidates (as specified by the client’s operational requirements).
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak collection periods.
