Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic hospitality team in the newly developing capital, Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN). Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, promptly relaying them to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve meals and drinks with precision, adhering to the highest standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Monitor table conditions, replenish supplies, and clear used dishes efficiently to maintain a clean dining area.
- Assist in the preparation of simple menu items, such as salads, appetizers, and coffee drinks, when required.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems with accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, supervisors, and fellow attendants to ensure seamless service flow.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain inventory of dining supplies, report shortages, and participate in periodic stocktaking.
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations in accordance with local and international standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar Food & Beverage role within the hospitality industry.
- Educational background: at least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Strong work ethic, detail‑oriented mindset, and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Willingness to be stationed in Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) and, preferably, currently residing in the Kalimantan region.
- Immediate availability to start work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, service‑focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage management, including safe handling practices.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
