Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure timely execution of A/R overdue collection activities, maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers for direct collection efforts, establishing rapport while negotiating repayment plans.
- Support branch offices in handling problematic partners, providing data‑driven insights and coordinating follow‑up actions.
- Achieve and exceed collection targets set by the company, contributing to overall financial health and profitability.
- Execute the retrieval of assets from customers who are unable or unwilling to meet payment obligations, following legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor credit status of assigned accounts, flagging high‑risk cases for early intervention.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all collection activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, legal, and customer service to resolve complex cases efficiently.
Requirements
- Education: Open to all educational levels; a background in finance, business, or related fields is advantageous.
- Age: Minimum 18 years, maximum 65 years.
- Gender: Male candidates are preferred as per the current posting.
- Experience: No prior experience required; the position is open to fresh graduates and career changers.
- Understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with proven negotiation skills.
- High integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty in all dealings.
- Possession of an SPPI (Surat Pengesahan Penggunaan Identitas) card is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Key Skills: Credit monitoring, credit processing, debt collection procedures, and effective interpersonal communication.
