As a key member of the marketing department, you will help shape the digital presence of Master Education and drive growth across multiple online channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns that align with the company’s brand strategy and business objectives.
- Manage day‑to‑day activities on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct keyword research, on‑page SEO optimization, and link‑building initiatives to improve organic search visibility.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high‑impact visual and video assets for ads, landing pages, and email newsletters.
- Utilize advertising analysis tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns, ensuring cost‑efficient acquisition.
- Maintain and analyze marketing databases, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click‑through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, feeding this intelligence back into strategic planning.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Take ownership of brand reputation management, responding to online feedback and fostering a positive brand image.
Requirements
- Education: Open to all educational levels; a background in marketing, communications, or a related field is advantageous.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, or related roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with advertising analysis tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
- Experience using digital marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong command of market analysis and sales reporting tools.
- Familiarity with database administration and data visualization.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication; confident public speaking.
- Creative mindset with high initiative and the ability to meet aggressive targets.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong personal branding.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Extensive personal network and social connections that can be leveraged for brand outreach.
- Preferred: Ownership of a two‑wheel vehicle for occasional on‑site activities and events.
