Responsibilities
The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction. Core duties include:
- Continuously study automotive products, including vehicle models, brands, wheel sizes, tire specifications, and emerging trends.
- Present and sell wheels, tires, and related accessories to both walk‑in customers and online prospects.
- Provide detailed product consultations, helping customers choose the right fit for their vehicle and budget.
- Maintain an active presence on social media platforms, creating engaging content that showcases new arrivals, promotions, and industry news.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock information and timely promotional campaigns.
- Handle post‑sale follow‑up, including warranty processing, installation scheduling, and resolving any customer concerns.
- Track sales metrics, prepare daily reports, and contribute ideas for improving sales processes.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years old or younger.
- Gender: Female.
- Appearance: Professional and presentable, reflecting the brand’s image.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; basic proficiency in English is required.
- Digital Savvy: Active on social media platforms and comfortable using digital marketing tools.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across sales, logistics, and marketing.
- Work Ethic: Willingness to work hard, demonstrate honesty, and maintain a high level of integrity.
- Location: Resides in Tangerang, preferably Gading Serpong or surrounding areas.
- Additional Skills: Quick adaptation to new technologies, basic knowledge of digital advertising, and a proactive attitude toward learning.
