Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new borrower prospects, inviting them to join Amartha’s capital‑lending program.
- Provide on‑site economic coaching and continuous support to member households, helping them manage finances and grow their businesses.
- Conduct thorough surveys and feasibility analyses of financing applications, adhering strictly to Amartha’s policies, procedures, and risk‑assessment frameworks.
- Execute the collection process, following up with borrowers to secure timely repayment of loans while maintaining a respectful and professional relationship.
- Maintain accurate field reports, update customer databases, and relay market insights to the regional management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including credit, operations, and training—to streamline the borrower onboarding experience.
- Attend weekly briefings and participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current on product offerings and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Candidates aged 18‑33 (preferred range 18‑30).
- Gender: Open to all genders; female candidates are especially encouraged.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome.
- Transportation: Must own a reliable personal vehicle to travel across the Sumedang area daily.
- Core competencies: High integrity, honesty, meticulous attention to detail, strong communication abilities, resilience, and disciplined work ethic.
- Availability: Willingness to work on‑site every day, Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Technical skills: Basic digital literacy for using Amartha’s mobile and web applications, and the ability to conduct simple financial analyses.
