- Handle payment transactions, process credit cards, and issue receipts while adhering to cash handling policies.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues swiftly, maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow front‑of‑house team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Participate in daily briefings, pre‑service setups, and post‑service clean‑up routines.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Continuously develop product knowledge, staying updated on seasonal menu changes and promotional offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in restaurant service or a related hospitality role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable handling high‑pressure situations during peak service hours.
