Responsibilities

  • Serve meals and drinks with precision, ensuring proper timing and presentation.
  • Monitor table conditions, refill glasses, clear plates, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Handle payment transactions, process credit cards, and issue receipts while adhering to cash handling policies.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues swiftly, maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow front‑of‑house team members to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Participate in daily briefings, pre‑service setups, and post‑service clean‑up routines.
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge, staying updated on seasonal menu changes and promotional offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in restaurant service or a related hospitality role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable handling high‑pressure situations during peak service hours.
